GWS Full-Time Employees On-Site: Depending on the demand, 6 to 18 full-time field crew members are on-site, supervised by 1 dedicated project manager. Through this model, GWS builds strong relationships with our clients, delivering them service consistency and a true commitment to enhancing their workplace needs.

Measuring & Reporting

Our GWS team uses FM360 for asset management, maintaining a working count of every piece of furniture and technology in the client’s warehouse, and currently in use.  We measure and report on client KPIs, including safety standards, timelines for various project types, invoicing consistency and accuracy, and more.
