Part of a multi-year master plan for campus expansion, the patient tower project’s transition team needed a single-source solution for the planning and execution of the entire relocation, which posed several challenges:

Time: The project’s schedule presented a tight timeframe.
Space: Since the hospital was built in 1930, the hallways, elevators, and access points were smaller than was typical.
Logistics: Multiple buildings on campus could only be accessed from certain floors, creating a routing challenge for the movement of existing furniture to the new tower and to other buildings on campus.

Facilitating an employee sale for remaining items to bring additional revenue to the hospital and reduce landfill waste
Creating a recycling initiative for metal parts
