We met a diverse set of packing needs
After shipping all items, we returned the space to pre-lease condition. A GWS Project Manager then walked the space with the landlord, identifying punch items for correction before receiving a surrender form.
The retail technology equipment we packed and shipped included:
- Point of sale systems
- Proprietary technology used by the client
- Servers
- Electronic displays
- Security gates
- Bill pay kiosks (with safes)
- Security cameras
- Low-voltage security systems
We paid attention to the details
Consistency: Through the strength of our nationwide network of partners, GWS engaged over 300 service centers, who provided consistent service, even in remote
locations – and often, with less than two weeks’ notice due to shifts in scheduling.
Commitment: Six dedicated GWS Project Managers took a regionalized approach to the project to ensure a high level of service. A team of GWS Project Coordinators worked in conjunction with them to align all project stakeholders throughout the five-week duration.
We delivered results that left a lasting impact
We successfully decommissioned 353 sites across 39 states in 5 weeks. We delivered 7 shipments per site (2,471 total) and they were successfully packed, tracked, and delivered. This was made possible with our GWS partner network of 300 service centers dedicated to client success.
