Covering more than 3 million square feet of lab space, corporate work spaces, executive spaces, and manufacturing facilities, the GWS team is well-versed in handling a variety of equipment to ensure business continuity for the client.

Whether through performing dark moves during COVID-19, redesigning space and signage to promote social distancing, or continuing the next phase of Return to Work through receiving, delivering, and installing new technology, GWS plays a critical role in facility and employee readiness.

Our on-site teams have created processes to ensure that we continue to delight the client. These include:
- Daily morning huddle meetings with the entire crew
- Huddle board with weekly topics of focus
- Knowledge tests every Friday, with signed documentation stating that all topics are understood
- Site-specific new hire orientation
- Mentor program
- Annual refresher class
- Pre-planning documentation (JHA,TAP) filled out daily, reviewed by crew lead, and signed by each crew member
- Culture of safety
